School teaches us subjects, college persuades us towards carrier objectives and job gives us the opportunity to practice our skills and then family, responsibilities, house, EMI’s and then we are into the rat race which is cyclic and there is no end.

It’s hard to find time for one-self and into this 2- minute- Maggi world we lack patience and peace. Our mind is an organic machine that needs proper nutrients to keep us mentally healthy and help in taking vital decisions.

This article will be covering 10 tricks on how we can enhance our lifestyle by improving our conscious effort towards Mental Health. So let begin.

1. Be Social but be Independent

The world is full of networking and it’s very important to keep our-self social. In our workplace, family, or any gathering we should be presentable and know how to start a conversation and respond appropriately.

When we interact, we should be confident enough to drive the conversation and we can only be confident when we are independent. One should be financially, emotionally, and socially independent to take own decisions.

Imagine if one is dependent on small basic necessities it will always make us feel less important, outnumbered, and worthless that person can never participate in eye to eye open conversation and will be neglected from the crowd the world is like this! it’s a hard reality and we need to digest.

It covers to all age group if you are in school you should be good enough to pass your exams on your own knowledge, if you are in college you should be clear about your subject, skill, and passion which will shape future if you are in a job you should be confident enough to keep your opinion on table practically and know how to manage your money.

These things just help us keeping ourselves prepared for upcoming challenges and will act as therapy to Mental health.

2.Routine and Discipline Lifestyle

Oops! this one hurt because it’s old school and boring but needs to adjust to this. I don’t know why discipline is always admired in a tough and rigid form even knowing the fact ultimately it’s pure gold.

Having a routine and disciplined life helps to keep us ahead and alarmed. Imagine a person who is habituated to strict time-table, if something doesn’t go as planned he or she will not be wasting time on setbacks but will move to follow the next activity as per his/her daily routine which will not be a burden.

Having a routine and discipline life doesn’t mean to follow a hardcore military training schedule. One should properly categorize and divide 24 hours appropriately like morning rituals, exercise, proper mealtime, news time, working hours, break hours, family time, bedtime doing basics like laundering, cleaning, pressing clothes, polishing your shoes, arranging your school/college/office essentials.

I know it’s very difficult to control ourselves and it takes time to implement but it’s worthy. There is nothing great than winning on ourselves if you are looking at how to build massive self-discipline please check out the below video.

3.Balancing the Personal and Professional life

The mental health of a person is polarised by this factor in a broadway. With the pace of time, a person shifts from being a single, independent, bachelor to responsible. It can be a father, son, mother, or daughter and this transition can be very chaotic because now the person has pressure to play well on both the pitch of the workplace and family courtyard.

Keeping personal and professional life separate is very important as diluting the issues of both may land one in very miserable conditions where a person can feel helpless and lose his self-esteem. Isolating them is hair painting tedious task but once mastered it’s the best cool breeze and an ultimate therapy.

Below are the steps to make it simple:

I know hearing this orthodox conversation is boring but its part of the game. It’s a common human tendency to postpone each activity, little or abundant for tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes back. Due to this laziness and unplanned calendar we pile up a stack of pending things ultimately which results in stress, anger, depression, and affects our mental health.
